Adult Practice Night Wednesday from 6.30
Youth section Practice Night for under 15's and 17's held on Thursdays from 6:30pm until 8:00pm
Under 9's, 11's and 13's will be held on Friday evenings from 6:00 pm unbtil 8:00 pm.
